Apple allows certain MDM payloads for tvOS. Though, currently these devices can be managed with MDM, the functions are somewhat limited. We have a list of additional set up procedures (click here) based on our deployment of over 450 Apple TVs across our school district. These go hand in hand with MDM payloads listed below.

- LDAP Authentication
- AirPlay
- Disable AirPlay
- Require Passcode on first AirPlay pairing
- Disable using Remote App
- Allow Keyboard continuation
- Single App Mode
- Disable Touch input
- Auto-Lock (prevents screensaver)
- Conference Room Display Payloaded
- Lock in a Supervised Conference Room Display mode
- Not able to set wallpaper in this mode currently
